WHEREAS, the Commission deems it advisable and in the
best interest of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
changes of zoning classifications as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION.
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA;
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classifications from R1 (One Family),
R-2 (Two Family), R=4 (Medium Density Multiple), R-C (Residential
Office), R-CA (Residential Office), C-1 (focal Commercial), C-2
(Community Commercial) and Cm9 (General Commercial) to R-CC
(Residential) for the fo.

BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OR
PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT; AND CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY PROVISION.

Office), TO R-CC (Residential office) for the area generally described
as located northeasterly of Aviation Avenue between Tigertail Avenue
and South Bayshore Drive, being designated as Area 5 and shown on
Page 73 of the attached Minutes.
Nineteen objections were received in the mail.
An ORDINANCE to provide for this Change of Zoning has been prepared
by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the
City Commission.
