1 would like to enlist your assistance andt e assistance
of the City Commission in obtaining the Marine Stadium for a
benefit for Victor Thoen.
As I'm sure you have heard, Victor was literaily brought
back from the dead after a head-on automobile accident. The
man that hit him was also injured and while on the operating
table at Mercy Hospital, 12 LSD tablets fell from his pocket.
Victor is a Musician and belongs to the Musician's Union.
They are all willing to donate their time for a giant Jam
Session--- admission by donation and proceeds to go towards
paying outstanding Hospital bills of $38,000.00 and Doctor's
bills of $20,000.00. Anything that might be left over to
go for much needed further medical treatments.
I feel this Jam Session can benefit this Community,
our Country as well as the World. We have a message; You
CANNOT mix drugs and drive!
I would appreciate your helping to put this on the agenda
of the City Commissioners to be heard as soon as possible.
Please feel free to call my office anytime. I would like
you to play an active part in this benefit. Any and all infor-
mation needed can and will be documented by this office and me.
