Re: Mort penman request for extension
Of variance = 101 S.W. 1Sth Road,
Miami, Florida (t 41)
Dear John:
Enclosed herein please find the latest report from Sanitas
indicating a recent change in their position. Consequently,
the client will be entering into a lease, hopefully year to
year, with lessor and will be pulling a permit and commencing
the requisite improvements to the parking area forthwith.
We had hoped to be able to have a lease executed prior to
expending the funds necessary to improve the parking area.
Mr. Wellman hopes that the City understands that the delays
have not been of his making and appreciates the consideration
shown.
Thank you for your continuing assistance.
Very truly yours,
Fredric B. Burns

DEAR M(IRT:
75
This is to acknowledge your letter of July 22, 1975. This information -
was forwarded to Bob Weekly who is the Vice President of Senitas
Services. Bob is on vacation this week but I am sure he will handle
this on his return to Miami.
Mort, I heard from Burt Greenspan in.Hartford today and management
there has decided not to go into any long term leases. If you
would like to continue on a month to month or a year to year basis
with the same arrangment we have now, it is perfectly fine with me.
CHA ES M. KIRBY
VICE PRESIDENT
