Dear Mayor and Members of the Commission:
Pursuant to our request made at the general commission
meeting September 4, 1975, re a continuance of the above
application of the SPD-2 District, I agree that during
the time that the commission continues consideration of
the above, I will make no application for a building
permit, it being understood that the study to be made
by Economic Report Services and the action to be taken
by the commission will be completed in no less than
four months from date.
