AUTH0RIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AccEPT THE
GRANT AND EXECUTE CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS
NEctsSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE PROGRAM UPON
RECEIPT Or THE GRANT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The action taken by the City Manager in
the submission of a State Grant application to the Department of
Community Affairs under the State's assistance for Community
Services Program to continue a program that will provide
Community Child Day Care Services be, and is hereby, confirmed.
Section 2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to accept the grant and execute contracts and agree-
ments necessary to implement the program upon receipt of the
