DE IS ansoLvED DY THE COMMISSION OP TNT CITY OP
MIAMI, PLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Attorney be and is hereby author-
ized to unconditionally forego and forbear court action upon any
tort claim by the City against third parties where the amount
in dispute does not exceed $100.00.
Section 2. The authority of the City Attorney to
determine such forbearance upon any claim does not require
further approval or action on the part of the City Commission
or other City officer.
