AND ALL PENDING MATTERS PERTAIN/NG TO SAID
CERTIFICATES.
WHEREAS, Sections 56..15 of the Miami City Code
requires that a public hearing be held each year during the third
week in March and the third week in September to consider and
take action upon applications for certificates of public
convenience and necessity and all pending matters pertinent
thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A public hearing will be held on
September 25, 1975 at 200 O'CiocK ejl in the meeting room of the
Miami City Commission, City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami,
Florida for a public hearing upon applications for certificates
of public convenience and necessity and all pending matters
pertaining to said certificates.
