WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated March 11, 1975
between the City of Miami and Ovidio P. Rodriguez, Jr.: and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Ovidio P. Rodriguez, Jr. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid
in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
contractorl
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the

Section 1. The completed work performed by Ovidio P.
Rodriguez, Jr. for FIRE STATION NO. 9 - BATHROOM ADDITION - 1975
be, and is hereby, accepted at a total cost of $7,894.00.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay Ovidio P.
Rodriguez, Jr. a balance of $789.40 as full and final payment for
all work performed and all materials furnished in connection with
FIRE STATION NO. 9 - BATHROOM ADDITION - 1975.
