of SeChions 2-193 and 2-195 of the Code of Metropolitan Dade County,
the threw MeMbers of the City of Miami Library Advisory Board would
automatically be designated as three of the nine members of the
Dade County Librar7" Advisory Board,
If the Miami City Commisoion on the other hand wishes not tO recon-
stitute the City of Miami Library Advisory Board, but wishes to agree
to the proposed deletion of all resid.2ney and g.!egraphical distrtiou
tion requiremtmts for member!fhip on the Dade county Library Advisory
Board as proposed by Commissioner Phillips, then authorization should
be given to amend th,2 existing lease agre;:lment between Miami and
Metropolitan Dade County which requires the appointment of throe
members of the City of Miami Library Advisory Board to the Dade
County Library Advisory Board.
