WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its
meeting of July 16, 1975, Item No. 2, following an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 54-75 by a 5 to 2 vote
recommending denial of request for the Government Use on
an unplatted tract located on the S. E. corner of N. W. 20th
Street and 14th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable in the best interest
of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants
to approve the re -location of the Solid Waste Transfer Station
to approximately 1150 N. W. 20th Street on a portion of Tract
"A", Municipal Shops (52-14) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION QF

ITEM NO.
Section 1. The request for the N. W. 20th Street
Solid Waste Transfer Station (Metropolitan Dade County) to be
located at approximately 1150 N. W. 20th Street, being a portion
of Tract "A", Municipal Shops (52-14) , as per plans on file,
zoned GU (Government Use), be and the same is hereby granted.

The Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of July 16,
1975, Item #2, following an advertised Hearing, adopted
Resolution No. PAB 54-75 by a 5 to 2 vote DENYING Request
that N. W. 20th Street Solid Waste Transfer Station (Metro
Dade County) be located at 1955 N. W. 14th Avenue, UNPLATTED;
as per plans on file; zoned GU (Governmental Use).
Four objections were received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this Municipal Use has been
prepared by the City Attorney's Office and submitted for
consideration of the City Commission.

WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its

set forth; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable in the best interest

to grant the request as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

at 1955 N.W. 14th Avenue, Unplatted, as per plans on file, zoned
