N 20TH STREtT S01,Ib WASTE TRANSPER STATION (METROPOLITAN bABE COUNTY) TO BR LOCATtb AT APPROXIMATELY 1150 N find', 20TH STREET„ AS 'ER PLANS ON PILL ZONEb GU (GOVERNMENT USE) WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of July 16, 1975, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 54-75 by a 5 to 2 vote recommending denial of request for the Government Use on an unplatted tract located on the S. E. corner of N. W. 20th Street and 14th Avenue; and WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to approve the re -location of the Solid Waste Transfer Station to approximately 1150 N. W. 20th Street on a portion of Tract "A", Municipal Shops (52-14) ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION QF <<DDCu.41E :TINDEX THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: ITEM NO. Section 1. The request for the N. W. 20th Street Solid Waste Transfer Station (Metropolitan Dade County) to be located at approximately 1150 N. W. 20th Street, being a portion of Tract "A", Municipal Shops (52-14) , as per plans on file, zoned GU (Government Use), be and the same is hereby granted. ND ADDTED this 4Ty day of SEPTEMBER , 1975.
