A RESOLUTION DENYING CERTAIN CLAIMS ANb
DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DEPEND ANY
SUIT EROUGHT POR THE RECOVERY 'OF DAMAGES
ARISING OUT Op SAID CLAIMS;
WHEREAS, claims have been filed against the CITY 'OF MIAMI
for personal injuries and/or property damage by the claimants
listed in Section 1, of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receiving notices of claim, said matters
were investigated by the office of the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami has
been fully advised by the City Attorney relative to said claims.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Recommendation of denial
(20) Claims
Notice of claim has been received by the City Attorney from
various individuals listed in Section 1. of the attached
Resolution. These claims have been investigated.
After investigation and on the recommendation to me by Mr.
Mario Santana of our office, S recommend that these claims
be formally denied by the Commission by the adoption of the
attached appropriate Resolution.
