A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR -
OP PINANCE TO ACCEPT THE SUM OP $65.23
IN PULL AND COMPLETE SETTLEMENT IN THE
CLAIM OP THE CITY OP MIAMI VERSUS MARS
MacINTOSH SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERX OP
THE CITY OP MIAMI TO EXECUTE A RELEASE
RELEASING MARY MacINTOSH SERVICES PROM
ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS ARISING
OUT OF THE ACCIDENT INVOLVED IN THE
ABOVE CLAIM.
WHEREAS, a claim has been filed by the City of Miami
against Mary Macintosh Services as a result of a collision
between a City of Miami vehicle and an automobile owned by
Mary Macintosh Services.
WHEREAS, an offer of settlement on behalf of Mary
MacIntosh Services has been made to the City of Miami which
offer is in the amount of $65.23; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney of the City of Miami has
advised that it is in the best
to accept said offer of $65.23
of the above claim;
interest of the City of Miami
in full and complete settlement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF

THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Director
ITEM NO.
of Finance is hereby authorized
ft
and directed to accept the sum of $65.23 in full and complete
settlement in the claim of the City of Miami versus Mary Mac-
intosh Services, and the City Manager and the City Clerk of
the City of Miami are authorized to execute a release releasing
Mary MacIntosh
arising out of
Services from any and
all claims and demands
the accident involved in the
