BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The improvement of sideline sanitary sewers
in the streets of the area bounded by Biscayne Bay and Interstate
Highway 1-95 from South 15 Road to and including the Vizcaya Art
Museum, 3251 South Miami Avenue, Miami, Florida is hereby ordered
and said improvement is designated as SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5391-S (sideline sewer).
Section 2. An 8 inch or larger sanitary sewer pipe
will be laid at or near the sideline of the following streets:
Brickell Avenue from S.E. 15 Road to S.E. 32 Road
South Miami Avenue from South 15 Road to South 32 Road
S .W. 1 Avenue (east) from S.W. 26 Road to S.W. 28 Road
South Dixie Highway from Miami Avenue to S.W. 30 Road
South Dixie Highway from S.W. 31 Road to 200 ft. West
S .E. 15 Road from South Miami Avenue to Brickell Avenue
S .W. 26 Road from S.W. 1 Avenue (east) to South Miami Avenue
S .W. 26 Road from 1-95 to Alley South of 1-95
S.E. 32 Road from Brickell Avenue to Miami DOAvenuCNC.

6 inch cast iron pipe laterals will be laid, as reCiuired,
to the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the
above -mentioned streets, including the lots and parcels of
land described in Section 3 hereof, together with necessary
manholes, other appurtenances, pump stations, Outfall,
connections to existing sewers, relaying street pavement,
sidewalks, and curb and gutters where such relaying is Made
necessary by this improvement.

Section 3. Special assessii'ients for a portion if the
cost of said SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-IS391..S
(sideline sewer) shall be levied on the following basis and
upon all the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the
above -mentioned streets, including the following described lots
and parcels of land: to each of the lots and parcels of land
which abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including the
following described lots and parcels of land to the property line
of which a sewer lateral or laterals is laid, will be assessed
the cost of that lateral or laterals, under the provisions of
Section 56 of the Charter of The City of Miami, as amended.

ENCLOSURES.
In a continuing effort to serge Miami, plans and specifications are
being prepared for center line and side line sewers in the area bounded
by Biscayne Bay and I-95 from S. 15 Road to and including the Vizcaya
Art Museum
To serve this area, the Department of Public Works has designed the
SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR 5391 C (center line
sewer) AND S (side line sewer) as an assessable improvement under
Section 56 of the City Charter.
THE DEPARTMENT OP PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS ADOPTION OF THE ATTACHED
RESOLUTION ORDRRINC THE SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR 5391 C (center line sewer) and SR 5391 S (side line sewer).
