CENTERLINE SANITARY SEWERS IN THE STREETS OE THE AREA
BOUNDED BY BISCAYNE BAY AND INTERSTATE HIOH

THE VIZCAYA ART MUSEUM, 3251 SOUTH MIAM1
AVENUE, MIAMI, ?LOR1D,, AND DESIGNATING SAID
IMPROVEMENT AS SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT (centerline sewer), AND DES
SIONATINO THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE MADE FORA PORTION OF
THE COST OP SAID IMPROVEMENT; AND ALLOCATING
THE AMOUNT OF $6,000.00 PROM THE SANITARY
SEWER BOND FIND POR PRELIMINARY EXPENSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP MIAMI,
FLORIDA
Section 1. The improvement of centerline sanitary sewers
in the streets of the area bounded by Biscayne Bay and Interstate
Highway 1-95 from South 15 Road to and including the Vizcaya Art
Museum, 3251 South Miami Avenue, Miami, Florida is hereby ordered
and said improvement is designated as SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5391-C (centerline sewer).
Section 2. An 8 inch or larger sanitary sewer pipe will
be laid at or near the centerline of the following streets:

Section 3, Special assessments for a portion of the
cost of said SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMP iOVSM i'T S1-S3914aC
(centerline sewer) shall be levied on the fallowing basis and
upon, all the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the
above mentioned streets, including the following described
lots and parcels of land: to each of the lots and parcels of
land which abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including the
following described lots and parcels of land to the property line
of which a sewer lateral or laterals is laid, will be assessed
the average cost of that lateral or laterals, under the provisions
of Section 56 of the Charter of the City of Miami, as amended:

Section 4. The sum of $ 6, 000.00 be, and is hereby,

Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund.
