WHEREAS, Resolution No. 75.-735 was passed at the City
Commission meeting of July 31, 1975 which ordered a highway improvement
identified as BISCAYNE WEST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H..4390: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice
was held before the City Commission on September
objections to the confirmation of Resolution No.
a public hearing
4, 1975 as to any
75-735, which
resolution ordered BISCAYNE WEST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4390; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said highway
improvement were sustained by the Commission; it is therefore in
order for the Commission to confirm said ordering resolution and
authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for the con-
struction of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 75-735 be, and is here-
by, confirmed
Section 2. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized
to advertise for sealed bids for the construction
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4390,
