WHEREAS, at the City Commission Meeting of auly 17,
1975, Resolution to 75.-653 was passed which ordered a highway
improvement identified as Nit. 59TH STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
8-4392; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on September 4, 1975 as to
any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 75 653,
which resolution ordered N.E. 59TH STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4392; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
highway improvement were sustained by the Commission. It is
therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering
resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed
bids for the construction of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 75-.653 dated
July 17, 1975 which ordered N.E. 59TH STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4392 in N.E. 59TH STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4392,
be, and is hereby, confirmed.
