The Depattnent fact sheets should contain at the minimum:

The Civil Service fact sheets should contain at the minimum:

4. The Manager and the Affirmative Action Coordinator will devise a plan for
establishing the Advisory Board within the coning week. The function of
the Board will be to review the Affirmative Action Plan developed by the
Affirmative Action Coordinator. As each segment of the Plan is completed
a meeting of the Advisory Board ;;ill be conducted. Then. the Plea, and
the Board's recommendations will be presented to the City Commission for
their consideration during the Affirmative Action Coordinator's monthly
report.
Replace all non minority Department Affirmative Action Officers with

14. At this tine,this point,as written, is unworkable. Minorities and women
are represented as the Department Affirmative Action Officers, if my'
recommendation #5 is implemented. Sufficient community input can be ob-
tai.n<Afromthe Advisory Board and further public hearings if necessary.
If the City hid the lu.:ury of months to prepare an Affirmative Action
Plan, this recommendation would be ideal. Under the emergency conditions
however, some modifications should be made.
