Dear Er. Gong:
This letter will Set forth our understanding of our
pooposed em7,agement by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Miami Employees' Retirement System, to aid you in the completion
of various services which you have b,-)en engaged to perform in
accordance with City Resolution 75-0O2 and the related resolution
by the Board.
1. Our services will be limited to those of an accounting
and auditinz nature.
2. The Poard has engaged counsel to advise them on
leE,a1 matters and will en7;age a professional actuarial
fAnin to perfomn services of that raturo if required.
3. Tho services will be performed by various members of
our staff selected based on our evaluation of the
nature of the services required,
4. Tho services will be billed based on our standard rates
for each level of professional personnel, as set
forth below, plus -out-of-pocket costs.
