A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH MR.
PAUL WEBER TO PERFORM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AS A CLAIMS SUPERVISOR FOR A PERIOD OF ONE
YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1ST DAY OF AUGUST, 1975
AND TERMINATING ON THE 31ST DAY OF JULY, 1976,
WITH $17,400 AS THE PEE FOR SUCH SERVICE, TO BE
DISBURSED FROM THE SELF-INSURANCE PROGRAM FUND.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami is about to implement its
self-insurance program, as approved by the City Commission by
Ordinance No. 8417; and
WHEREAS, the services of a claims supervisor are
required in order to establish a system of investigation
and adjustment of claims involving City property;and
WHEREAS, Mr. Paul Weber is qualified for this
position and is willing to perform this service for the
City of Miami:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF

Section 1. The City Manager is authorized and �7
instructed to execute a contract with Mr. Paul Weber to perform
professional services as a Claims Supervisor for a period of
one year beginning on the 1st day of August, 1975 and termina-
ting on the 31st day of July, 1976, with $17,400 as the fee
for such services,
