Section 1. No building permit shall be issued ih the
area generally described as located northeasterly of Aviation
Avenue, between Tigertail Avenue and South Bayshore Drive, as
shown on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof, until
it is first approved by the City Commission.
Section 2. Said resolution shall remain in effect
for a period of 120 days or until such time as the City Com-
mission acts on the study that it has requested of the Planning
Department, whichever is sooner.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31 day of JULY , 1975.
