WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that
further study of this area is necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Item 12 of the July 31, 1975 City Commission
Meeting, entitled Changes of Zoning- Area Northeasterly of
Aviation Avenue, between Tigertail Avenue and South Bayshore
Drive, is hereby deferred.
