AS THE P1INBERG TRACT, AND THE CONSTRUC
TION OF A CONVENTION CENTER 'THEREON.,
SUPPLEMENTING FUNDS PREVIOUSLY OBTAINED
BY THE SALE OP CONVENTION CENTER GENERAL
OBLIGATION BONDS•
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION Or THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA;
Section 1. The proceeds from the sale of the Virginia
Key Sewage Disposal to the Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Authority
be and the same is hereby programmed to assist in the purchase of
the property commonly known as the Feinberg Tract, and the construc-
tion of a Convention Center thereon, supplementing funds previously
obtained by the sale of Convention Center General Obligation Bonds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31 day of JULY , 1975.
