WHEREAS, excessive on -street parking has caused de= terioration of parkway areas and pavement edges, arid has caused a serious dust problem; and WHEREAS, standing water due to inadequate drainage facilities has caused rapid deterioration of the existing pave- ment; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. A local improvement described as BISCAYNE WEST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4390 shall be made under Section 56 of the Charter of the City of Miami, as amended, in n i "OOCU11'�1:. Section 3. This improvement be, and is hereby, designated in all proceedings and assessments as BISCAYNE WEST HIGHWAY IMPROVE- MENT H-4390 and the property against which special assessments shall be made for a portion of the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as BISCAYNE WEST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4390. Section 4. The sum of $5,000.00 be, and is hereby, allocated from the Highway Bond Fund for preliminary expense. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31 day of JULY 1975. MAURICE A.
