A RESOLUTION °ORDERING f ELAWARE SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-53 0 C (centerline eewer) AND
DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY Y AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS SHALL SE MADE ROR A PORTION OP THE
COST THEREOF AS i ELAWARE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT SR-S390 C (centerline sewer) AND
ALLOCATINO i'tiNDS POR SAME
Section 1. A sanitary sewer improvement identified as
DELAWARE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5390 C (centerline sewer)
be, and is hereby, to be made under the provisions of Section 56
of the Charter of the City of Miami, as amended, said Improvements
to consist of:
NW 28 Avenue between NW 15 Street and NW 17 Terrace
NW 29 Avenue between the Comfort Canal and NW 17 Street
NW 29 Court between NW 15 Street and NW 17 Street
NW 30 Avenue bet. NW 14 Street and Delaware Parkway
NW 31 Avenue bet. the Comfort Canal and NW 17 Street
NW 32 Avenue bet. NW 13 Lane and NW 20 Street
NW 32 Court bet. NW 13 Lane and NW 14 Street

Section 2. Special Assessments for a portion of the cost
of said bELAWARE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR'5390 C (centerline
sewer) shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of land which
abut upon the abovementioned streets, including the following
described lots and parcels of land, and such lots and parcels of
land are hereby designated DELAWARE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5390 C (centerline sewer).
To each of the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the
abovementioned streets, including the following described
lots and parcels of land to the property line of which a
sewer lateral or laterals is laid, will be assessed the
average cost of that lateral or laterals, under the provisions
of Section 56 of the Charter of the City of Miami as amended:

SeCtion 3. The aftresaid improvement Shall be
designated in all dings and assessments as DELAWARE
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5390 C (centerline sewer) and the
above described propertiet, including all the lots and parcels of
land abutting the streets described in Section 1 hereof against which
assessments shall be made for a portion of the cost thereof, here-
under, shall be designated as DELAWARE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5390 C (centerline sewer).
Section 4. The amount of $50,000.00 be, and it is here-
by, allocated from the Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund to cover the cost
of preliminary expenses for said Improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31 day of JULY
1975.
