A RESOLUTION ACCEPT/NG THE COMPLETED WORK
PERPoRMED BY P. J, CONSTRUCTORS, INC. AT A
TOTAL COST OP $13,280.00 AND AUTHORIZING A
FINAL PAYMENT OP $1,280.00 POR THE PARKS
HARD SURPACE COURT - 1974.
WHEREAS, P. J. Constructors, Inc. has completed the
construction of a free form asphalt surface with a basketball
standard, half court basketball, and a volley ball or tennis
court, together with perimeter fencing at Crestwook Park, located
on N.W. llth Avenue and N.W. 47th Terrace:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY. THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by P. J.
Constructors, Inc. at a total cost of $13,280.00 be, and is hereby,
accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to instruct the proper officials of the
City to make a final payment of $13,280.00 for the Parks
Hard Surface Court - 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31 day of JuLY
1975.

P. J. Constructors, Inc. has completed the construction
of a free form asphalt surface with a basketball standard,
half court basketball, and a volley ball or tennis court,
together with perimeter fencing at Crestwook park, located
on N.W. llth Avenue and N.W. 47th Ter.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the completed
work and authorize final payment, after all conditions are
met. The construction was completed for $13,280, which was
within the contract amount, and it was completed on time.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF
THE ATTACHED RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK AND
AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $13,280 TO P. J. CONSTRUCTORS,
INC. FOR THE PARKS - HARD SURFACE COURTS - 1974.
