$17,286.55 AMID'. AUTHORIZING A P/NAL PAYMENT OP
$6,745.53 POR S.W. 8 STREET tEAUTIPICATION
PHASE I.
WHEREAS, D.M.P. Corporation has completed intersection
improvements at S.W. 13, 14 15 and 16 Avenues on the north side
of S.W. 8 Street, including planter areas which will be landscaped
by the local businessmen;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OP THE
CITY OP MIAMI , FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by D.M.P.
Corporation be, and is hereby, accepted at a total cost of
$17,286.55 for S.W. 8 Street Beautification Phase I.
Section 2. The city Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to instruct the proper City Officials to
make a final payment of $6,745.53 for the aforesaid work.
