AT A TOTAL COST OP $1124848,35 AND AUTHORI2..
INC A ?It'AL PAYMENT OP $12,215.29,
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated March 3,
1975 between the City of Miami and Roenca Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Roenca Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifying.that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made
to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMIVIMO

Section 1. The completed work per ormed by Roenca
Corporation for the construction of CENTRAL DRAINAGE PROJECT
E-33 be, and is hereby, accepted at a total cost of $112,848.35.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay Roenca
Corporation a balance of $13,215.29 as full and final payment
for all work performed and all materials furnished in connection
with the contract for CENTRAL
PASSED AND ADOPTED
DRAINAGE PROJECT E-33.
