A kESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPUTED WORK
PtkPORMED BY Ni CONSTRUCT/ON, INC. AT
A TOTAL COST OP $367t277.52 AND AUTHORIEING
A P/NAL PAYMENT OP $37,625.95 POk THE MANCE
BOWL STADIUM - 1t8TRoOMS REMODELINC - 1574=
WHEREAS, there eXieta a contract dated October 22, 1974
between the City of Miami and Biscayne Construction, Inc., and
WHtkBAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and..
Bitcayne Construction, Inc has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid
in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment be made to the
contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Biscayne
Construction, Inc. for the ORANGE BOWL STADIUM - RESTROOMS
REMODELING - 1974 be, and is hereby, accepted "apt° t ntliTccit
$367,277.52.
ITEM NO.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City o Miami
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay Biscayne
Construction, Inc. a balance of $37,625.95 as full and final payment
for all work performed and all materials furnished in connection
with the ORANGE BOWL STADIUM - RESTROOMS REMODELING - 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of
31 JULY , 1975.
