IN THE AMOUNT OF $52)000 FOR PARKS SHELTERS & COMFORT STATIONS 1975 (Items 2 & )4); ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF $52,000 FROM THE Accaltr ENTrrrrn "PU8LIC PARKS & RECREATIONAL FACILITIES BOND FUND" TO COVER THE coamAcr cogT; ALLOCATING FROM SAID ACCOUNT THE AMOUNT OF $51200 TO COVER THE COST OF PROJECT EXPENSE; ALLOCATING FROM SAID ACCOUNT THE AMOUNT OF $1 040 TO COVERTHE COST OF INCIDENTAL EXPENSE; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH SAID FIRM WHEREAS, sealed bids were received on July 25, 1975 for PARKS - SHELTERS & COMFORT STATIONS - 1975; and WHEREAS) the City Manager reports that the $52)000 bid of Ad-A-Lite Electric, Inc. is the lowest acceptable bid and recommends that a contract be awarded to said firm; and WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from the account entitled "Public Parks & Recreational Facilities Bond Fund" for the estimated amount of the Contract, for Project Expense, and for Incidental Expense. NOW, THEREFORE, BE 11 RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA SECTION 1. That the July 25, 1975 bid of Ad-A-Lite Electric, Inc. in the amount of $52,000 for the project entitled PARKS - SHELTERS. & COMFORT STATIONS - 1975, namely Items 2 & 4 of Proposal, based on lump sum bid be, and the same is hereby, accepted at the price stated therein. Section 2. That the amount of $52,000 be, and it is hereby, allocated from the account entitled "Public Parks & Recreational Facilities Bond Fund" to cover the cost of the Contract. Section 3. That the amount of $5,200 be, and it is hereby, allocated from the aforesaid account to cover the cost of Project Expense which includes engineeging, surveys and inspection work_nerpormert, iipc=i.T DEX ITLM by City Forces. / Section 4, That the amount of $1,040 be, and it is hereby, allocated from the aforesaid account to cover the cost of CITY COMM1SStON MEETING OF JUL 3 1 1975 ni- 9,; I?"9 INMARKS: ..... , Incidental Expense which includes but is not limited to such items as advertising j testing laboratories; postage] printing and blueprinting by City Forces or outside vendor. Section 5.
