A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OP SOLO AIR
CONDITIONING & HEATING CO., INC. IN THE AMOUNT
OF $12,885 FOR CITY HALL - AIR CONDITIONING
IMPROVEMENTS (PHASE II) .. 1975; AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH SAID
FIRM

WHEREAS, sealed bids were received July 29, 1975 for
CITY HALL - AIR CONDITIONING IMPROVEMENTS (PHASE II) 1975;and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the $12,885 bid
of Solo Air Conditioning & Heating Co., Inc.. is the lowest
acceptable bid and recommends that a contract be awarded to
said firm; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 75-597 allocated funds for this
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the July 29, 1975 bid of Solo Air
Conditioning & Heating Co., Inc. in the amount of $12,885 for
the project entitled CITY HALL - AIR CONDITIONING IMPROVEMENTS
(PHASE II) - 1975, namely Base Bid of Proposal, based on lump
sum bid be, and the same is hereby, accepted at the price stated
therein.
Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a Contract on behalf of The City of
Miami with Solo Air Conditioning & Heating Co., Inc. for CITY
HALL - AIR CONDITIONING IMPROVEMENTS (PHASE II) - 1975.
