A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION, AS PROVIDED
IN 'ORDINANCE NO. 5871, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 32,
POR CONSTRUCTION OP INTERCEPTOR VENT STATION ON
E40', LOT C, SMOCK 1, SILVERSON AND TATUM'5
SUBDIVISION (3-190), BEING N.W. SOUTH RIVER
DRIVE AT N.W. 3RD STREET, BY MIAMI-DADE WATER AND
SEWER AUTHORITY ZONED R-4 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE)`

WHEREAS, the Miami planning Advisory Board, at its
meeting of July 2, 1975, Item No. 2, following an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 53-75 by a 3 to 1 vote (4
members absent) recommending denial as per Ordinance No. 5871,
Article IV, Section 32, for permission as hereinafter set forth;
and
WHEREAS, this Commission deems it advisable in the
interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami to grant
this approval on the ground that a refusal would result in
practical difficulties and unnecessary hardship to the applicant
under an R-4 (Medium Density Multiple) District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO
CUMEt
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: C
Section 1. That the applicattd � for permission, as
provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article IV, Section 32, for
construction of Interceptor Vent Station on E40' Lot C, Block 1,
SILVERSON AND TATUM'S SUBDIVISION (3-190), being N.W. South
River Drive at N.W. 3rd Street, by Miami -Dade Water and Sewer
Authority, zoned R-4 (Medium Density Multiple) District, be and
the same is hereby granted.
