IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR.,5402 C (centerline
sewer).
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated April 1, 1975
between the City of Miami and D.M.P. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and L.M.P. Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid
in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held before the City
Commission on July 31, 1975 to hear objections to the completed
improvements and no objections were sustained; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THEE' COMMISSIONcyOF
THE CITY OF MIAMI FLORIDA: "DOCUMENT INDEX

Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay D.M.P.

D.M.P. Corporation has completed the replacing of
sanitary sewers on NW 3 Avenue, between NW 27 and
29 Streets, also on NW 27 Street, between 5 and 6
Avenues, and 325 feet on NW 28 Street, west of
NW Avenue.
