BE IT ORbAINEb BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI ,
Section 1. Ordinance No. 8316,
October 10,
passed and adopted
1974.be, and is hereby, amended by appropriating
$4,000.00 from the Marine Stadium Fund Balance for replacement
of obsolete sound equipment at the Marine Stadium.
Section 2. All'ordinances,'code sections or; parts
,thereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are in conflict,
are hereby repealed.
'Section 3. Should any part or provision of this
ordinance be declared by a court of 'competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the
ordinance as
a whole, or any part thereof, other than the part
declared to be invalid.
Section 4. This ordinance is hereby declared to be
an emergency measure on the ground of urgent public need for
the preservation of peace, health, safety and property in the
City of Miami.
Section 5. The, requirement of reading this
ordinance on two separate days is hereby dispensed with by
a vote of not less than four -fifths of the Members of the
Commission,
Section 6. The pthVisions Of this ordinance shall
become effectiveupon �ubii a ion 19`75.

Ordinance to allow nee of a. portion.
of the Marine Stadium Fund Balance&
For the purpose of improving the sound system at the
Marine Stadium, it will be necessary to amend the
Appropriation Ordinance to provide necessary funding.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC FACILITIES
RECOMMENDS THAT THE COMMISSION ADOPT
