WHEREAS, the Oft Street Parking Board has prepared and submitted to the Commission a budget estimate of the expenditures and revenues for the fiscal• year 1975/76; and WHEREAS provisions have been duly made by. the City Commission for Public Hearings on the proposed Ordinance before the City Commission as a. Committee oftheWhole and Public Hearings thereon were held; and WHEREASthe City Commission has reviewed and approved appropri- ations as herein set forth: NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the following appropriations be, and the same _are hereby made for the maintenance and -carrying on of the Governmental and .other legal and proper purposes of the Department of Off -Street Parking and for the purpose of paying Debt Service requirements which includes principal and interest on all bonds of the said Department for the fiscal year 1975/76:` Department of Off -Street Parking Revenues $1,772,130.00 Expenditures . $1,671,731.00 General Reserve $ 100,399.00 Section 2. That the Director of the Department of off -Street Parking'is authorized to make transfers between the detailed accounts come prising any of the amounts appropriated in the budget, in order that:avail- able and unrequired balances in any such accounts may be used for other necessary and proper purposes.:. Charter 23=A.1 (g) that all budgets, funds and accounts pertaining to the Off -Street Parking facilities of the City shall be segregated from all otherbudgets, funds and accounts of the City and shall be so kept that they shall reflect the financial condition and the operation of each off street parking facility of the city separately; and WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the City of Miami: Charter 23-A.1 (g) that no later than one month before the end of each fiscal year the. Director, with the approval of the Board, shall prepare and submit to the Commission of the City, a budget estimate of expenditures and revenues for the ensuing fiscal year for approval by the Commission; and WHEREAS, the Budget for the fiscal year 1975/76 has been reviewed and found to be acceptable; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OFF-STREET PARKING BOARD OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,.FLORIDA; Section 1. The 1975/76 Budget for the Department of Off -Street Parking in the amount of $1,671,731 is hereby approved and adopted. Section 2.
