Starting in May, 1975, P.A.C.E., in conjunction with the Music Performance Trust Funds, will bcgdn a series of artistic prosenttions incorporating local musical ensembles, dance compwlies, theatre grou.2., and other performin arts organizations. As a rcrlult of the success of an in -school pilot project entitled "Cruss-Cu]tu,.al Awareness through Mniti -Cultural Offerings," those projects will be rep.atd. in three counties - Dado, Droward,and Palm Eoach. The second category is concerned with servicing all types of rehabilitative centers. The importancP of providing p3Jograms for thu handicapped, the incorcerated, patients in hospitals, in clinics, in jails, and in senior citizen centers,are without a doubt an obligation of our society. Another 25% of the total budget for artists' salaries is expected to serve those rehabil- itative programs. The third category concerns itself with general community develop- ment, public service type programs which will assume the remaining 50% of the budget.
