At the time the Federal. Revenue Sharing budget for the
Three Model. Child Day Care Centers anti the Frail and
Elderly Day Care Program was discussed in October, it
was indicated to the Commission that $25, 000 would be
transferred from the Three Model Child Day Care portion
of the budget to support the Frail and Elderly Day Care
Progra.rn.
The attached Ordinance will implement the intent of the
budget presentation.

DAY DARE CENTERS ACCOUNT TO THE DOt GLAS
GARDENS dEWIStt HOME AND HOSPITAL FOR THE
AGED ACCOUNT PROVIDING AN EFEECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY T E COMMISSION OF THt CITY OF MI MI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The sum of $25,000 be and is hereby transferred
from the Three Model Child Day Care Centers Account to the Douglas
Gardens Jewish Home and Hospital for the Aged Account.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 8345 passed and adopted on the
loth day of January, 1975 be and is hereby amended as follows: 1/
9. 3 Model Day Care Centers
15. Douglas Gardens Jewish Home
and Hospital for the Aged
$ --184 818:93 $184,793.03
25,000.00
TOTAL $ 3,355,929.31
Section 3. The provisions of this ordinance shall become
effective on
