BE IT RESOLVED tY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Free use of Bayfront Park Auditorium be,
and is hereby, granted to Opportunities Industrialization Center,
Inc., Operator of THE 1975 SUMMER TEEN EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM, to hold
an end of summer affair for all youths, parents and community
leaders involved in said program on August 7, 1975, from 700 P.M.
through 11:30 P.M., subject to advance payment for event personnel,
insurance and other direct costs to be borne by the Summer Teen
Employment Program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this17 day of JULY
1975.

Dear Mr, Andrews:
The Opportunities Industrialization Center, one of the project operators
of the 1975 Summer Teen Irnploymernt Program, is desirous of sponsor-
ing an end of summer affair for all youths, parents and community
leaders involved in the Summer Teen employment Program.
In order to make this affair a reality, we are requesting that you would
place us on the agenda to appear before the Commission of the City of
Miami to request waiver of the financial obligations for the use of the
City of Miami Bayfront Park Auditorium, August 7, 1975, from7:00 p.m.
through 11:30 p.m.
Your cooperation and participation in this request is greatly appreciated.
