A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING 'QUIT CLAIM DEED PROM
DALE COUNTY, PLOR1DA, CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OP MIAMI A PORTION OP TRACT A OP MIAMI
MUNICIPAL TRACT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOP
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4161 AT PAGE S40 OP THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OP DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LOCATED
AT THE S.W. CORNER OP N.W. 20TH STREET AND 12TH
AVENUE, TO BE USED PO1t THE CONSTRUCTION 'OP A FIRE
STATION: AND DIRECTING THE PROPER OPP1C1A1 OP THE
CITY OP MIAMI TO RECORD SAME IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OP DAZE COUNTY, PI,ORUDA o
WHEREAS, the City of Miamihas proposed to construct
a fire station to be located at the S.W. Corner of N.W. 20th
Street and 12th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Dade County, Florida has executed a Quit
Claim Deed conveying to the City of Miami the County real
property for this purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section.l. The Quit Claim Deed from Dade County,
Florida, conveying to the City of Miamis,.a Portion of Tract A of
MIAMI MUNICIPAL TRACT, according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 4169 at Page 540 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, located at the S.W. Corner of N.W. 20th Street and 12th Avenuf
as per County Quit Claim Deed attached, to be used for the constructicn
of a fire station, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper official of the City of Miami
be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to record the
aforesaid Quit Claim Deed in the Public Records of Dade County,

A portion of Tract A of MIAMI MUNICIPAL TRACT according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 51, at Page 84 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, more par=
ticularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Tract A; thence run
N 88°09'37" E, along the North line of said Tract A, for a distance
of 593.87 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described
parcel of land; thence run S 01°50'23" E, at right angles to the
North line of said Tract A, for a distance of 30.00 feet, to the
South line of the North 30.00 feet of said Tract A, and to the
Point of Curvature of circular curve to the right whose center
bearsS 01'50'23" E from said point; thence run Northeasterly to
Southeasterly, along the arc of said circular curve to the right,
having a radius of 25.00 feet, through a central angle of
90° 47' 45", for an - arc distance of 39.62 feet to a Point of Tangency
with the West line of the East 15.00 feet of said Tract A; thence
run N 01°02'38" W, along the West line of the East 15.00 feet of
said Tract A, for a distance of 30.00 feet, to the Point of
Curvature of a circular curve to the left; thence run Northwesterly
to Southwesterly, along the arc of said circular curve to the left,
having a radius of 25.00 feet, through a central angle of 90°47'45", for
an arc distance of 39.62 feet to a Point of Tangency with the North
line of said Tract A; thence run S 88°09'37" W, along the North line
of said Tract A, for a distance of 0.42 feet to the Point of

dated January 20, 1975 you requested the return of
a portion of land located in Tract, A Miami Municipal
Tract (51..84) located at the S. V. corner of N.' ,
20th Street and 12th Avenue.
By Resolution No. R-422.75 County authorizing the con-
veyance of this portion of land to the City per the
certified copy of the Resolution attached. Also
conveyed to the City is the County Quit Claim Deed
dated May 14, 1975 conveying this property.
It is recommended that the Law Department be instructed
to prepare a Resolution accepting this conveyance of
land from the County to be used for the construction
of a Fire Station.
