WHEREAS, the City Commission, by Resolution 74-362,
trade funds available for improvements in City of Miami parks; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation re-
commends the allocation of funds in the amount of $144,225.00 for
the purchase of park furniture and play apparatus, for use at
various parks throughout the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Funds in the amount of $144,225.00 be, and
they are hereby, allocated to the Department of Parks and
Recreation for the purchase of park furniture and play apparatus,
for use at various parks throughout the City.
Section 2. Funds for the aforesaid purchase be, and
they are hereby, made available from the Parks for People Bond
Program.
