WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Goodwin_, Inc.
has satisfactorily completed the construction of sanitary sewer
improvements designated as SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5242 C (centerline sewer) and 5242 S (sideline
sewer); and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication of
a notice of public hearing for objections by persons interested
in or affected by said improvement as to the acceptance thereof
by the Commission;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to publish a notice in a newspaper
published in the City of Miami, Florida, stating that at a meeting
of the City Commission to be held at a certain day and hour, to
be determined by the City Clerk, the Commission will hold a
public hearing to hear any objections by persons interested or
affected by SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5242 CW

It is now in order for the City Commission to hold

THE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
A NOTICE OF PUBLIC IIEAHING FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE
ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF SOUTH PINEMOUNT
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5242 C (centerline sewer)
AND SR-5242 S (sideline sewer).
