PROVEMENT DISTRICT 14.4342.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Marks trothers
Company has satisfactorily completed the construction of paving
improvements designated as SOUTH BAYSHORE DRIVE HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT B-4342: and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication of
a notice of public hearing for objections by persons interested
in or affected by said improvement as to the acceptance thereof
by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to publish a notice in a newspaper
published in the City of Miami, Florida, stating that at a
meeting of the City Commission to be held at a certain day and
hour, to be determined by the City Clerk, the Commission will
hold a public hearing to hear
any objections by persons
interested or affected by SOUTH BAYSHORE DRIVE HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT H-4342.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17day of Ju I Y 1975.
