WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that State Paving
corporation has satisfactorily completed the construction of
sidewalk improvements designated as SOUTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SIDE-
WALK IMPROVEMENT 8K-4281 and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication of
a notice of public hearing for objections by persons interested
in or affected by said improvement as to the acceptance thereof
by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
Section 1. The City Clerk be, and he ishereby,
authorized and directed to publish a notice in a newspaper
published in the City of Miami, Florida, stating that at a
meeting of the City Commission to be held at a certain day and
hour, to be determined by the City Clerk, the Commission will
hold a public hearing to hear any objections by persons interested
or affected by SOUTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-4281.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17 day of July 1975.
