WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its fleeting of June 2, 1975, Item No. 6, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 68-75 by a 7 to 0 vote recommending the official vacation and closure as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. N.W. 12th Street approximately 255' east of X-Way, of N.W. llth Terrace approximately 220' east of X-Way, and of N.W. 23rd Avenue from X-Way north to South Fork in accordance with Tentative Plat No. 934 - "FERN ISLE SOUTH FORK PARK" be and the same is hereby officially vacated and closed. Public Works Department Gentlemen: The Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of June 2, 1975, Item #5, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 68-75 by a 7 to 0 vote Recommending the official vacation and closure of N.W. 12th Street approximately 255' east of X-Way, of N. W. llth Terrace approximately 220' east of X-Way, and of N.W. 23rd Avenue from X-Way north to South Fork; all in conjunction with Tentative Plat #934 "FERN ISLE SOUTH FORK PARK". No objections were received in the mail. Dean: Alright, moved by Mr► silvertnan, seconded by Ir. Alfonso, other discussion? Being none, cast a unanimous vote. Ir.. Silverman offered the following resolution, and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. ZB-68-75 RI.:SOLUTION TO RECOMMEND REQUEST FOR OFFICIAL VACATION AND CLOSURE OF N. W. 12TI1 STREET APPROXIMATELY 255' EAST OF X-WAY, OF N. W. 11TH TERRACE APPROXIMATELY 220' EAST OF X-WAY, AND OF N. W. 23RD AVENUE FROM X-WAY NORTH TO SOUTH FORK; ALL IN CONJUNCTION WITH TENTATIVE PLAT #934 - "FERN ISLE .SOUTH FORK PARK". Upon being seconded by Mr. Alfonso, this resolution was passed and adopted by the following vote: AYES: Mrssrs. Oort, Alfonso, Johnson, Dean, Silverman. Mmes. Baro, I3asila.
