STONE, 4A. AND ASSOCIATES, DATED PEBRUARY 27, 1974, (AREA BETWEEN CHOPIN PLAZA AND MIAMARINA, BEING AN IRREOULAR LINE): PILL TO BE PROM UPLAND MATERIAL: PROPERTY ZONED 154 (PUBLIC PARRS AND RECREATION. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of June 2, 1975, Item No. 5, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 67-75 by a 7 to 0 vote recommending approval for permission as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Commission deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami to grant this permission requested; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The request for permission for fill of submerged, unplatted land by the City of Miami, Being Bay Front Park; adjacent to Bay Front Park as shown on the Master Plan for Bay Front Park by Edward D. Stone, Jr. and Associates, dated February 27, 1974, (area between Chopin Plaza and Miamarina, being an irregular line); fill to be from upland material; property zoned P-R (Public Parks and Recreation), be and the same is hereby granted. Noobjections were received in the mail. A RESOLUTION to provide for the above has been prepared by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the City Commission. Mr. Simpson: Mr. Chairman, this is a City of Miami initiated public hearing in conformance with the Master Plan for Bayfront Park. Mr. Dean: Is the 'City of Miami' present? STONE, JR. ?ND ASSOCIATES, DATED 2/27/74 (AREA BETWEEN CHOPIN PLAZA AND ;•IIA1•IARINA, BEING AN IRREGULAR LINE); FILL TO BE FROM UPLAND MATERIAL; PROPERTY ZONED P-R (PUBLIC PARKS AND RECREATION), Upon being seconded by Rev.
