RESOLUTION NOs
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND btRECTING
THE CITY ATTORNEY TO FILE AN INJUNCTION
SUIT, OR SUCH OTHER ACTION AS HE MAY
DEEM APPROPRIATE, FOR THE PURPOSE OP
ENJOINING OR PREVENTING FURTHER HELICOPTER
OPERATIONS AT THE PALM BAY CLUB.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized
to file an injunction suit, or such other action as he may
deem appropriate,
for the purpose of enjoining or preventing
further helicopter operations at the Palm Bay Club,
1975.
