GARAGE TO BE IN CONJUNCTION WITH MIAMI NATIONAL BANK AT 8101 BISCAYNE EOULEVARb, "ZONED C-1 0L0CAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT. WHEREAS, Article XXXI, Section 3(2) of Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, permits an extension of a variance by the City Manager, with approval by the City Commission, for a period of one year; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The request for a one year extension of the variance granted on the property located at approximately 620 N.E. 82nd Street, by Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB 9-75,; as per Ordinance No. 6871, Article XII, Section 4 (1), to permit construction of parking garage on Lots 9, 10, 19 and 20, Block 9 SHORECREST (10-23), subject to Unity of Title Agreement with Lots 8 and 21, with East side setback of 0' (10' required), garage to be in conjunction with Miami National Bank at 8101 Biscayne Boulevard, zoned C-1 (Local Commercial) District, be and the same is hereby granted.
