SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5387-C (centerline sewer)
and SR-5387S (sideline sewer) will be receiied by the City
Commission of the City, of I+Ziami s Florida; not later than 10 00
A.M. E D.S.T. on the 7'th. day or July, 1975 in the City
Commission Room, 1st Floor, Miami City Mall, 3500 Pan American
Drive, Dinner tey, Miami, Florida, at which time and place they
will be publicly opened and read.
This project involves the construction of a new sanitary
sewer system and includes the following approximate quantities
49,337+ linear feet of 8 inch to 42 inch extra
strength vitrified clay and Class 150 cast iron
pipe sewer with the deepest clot being 221 feet.
22,540± linear feet of 6 inch extra heavy cast
iron soil pipe laterals.
191± manholes from 4 to 22 feet in depth.
25,300± linear feet of T.V. inspection of new sewer
pipe.
Sidewalk, and pavement replacement in construction area.
All bids shall be submitted in accordance with the
Instructions to Bidders and Specifications. Plans and Specifi-
cations may be obtained from the office of the Director,
Department of Public Works, 3332 Pan American Drive, I4iami, Florida,
upon deposit of $50.00. Deposit is refundable if said Plans and
Specifications are returned in good condition and unmarked within
30 days after bids have been received.
Proposal includes the time of performance and Specifica-
tions contain provisions for liquidated damages for failure to
complete the work on time.
The City Commission reserves the right to waive any in-
