WHEREAS,

1971, Resolution N
at the City Commission meeting of
75-557 was passed which ordered
June 12,
a highway
improvement identified as ?LAGLER STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
EXTENSION H-4391; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public
hearing was held before the City Commission on July 17, 1975 as
to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 75-557,
which resolution ordered FLAGLER STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
EXTENSION DISTRICT H-4391; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
highway improvement were sustained by the Commission, and it is
therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering
resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for
sealed bids for the construction of said improvement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 75-557 dated
June 12, 1975 which ordered FLAGLER STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
EXTENSION H-4391 in FLAGLER STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
EXTENSION DISTRICT H-4391 be, and is hereby, confirmed.
