WHEREAS, the new .canopy for the Marine Stadium float-
ing stage is to be installed in September 1975. During the
interim months of June, July and August, it is necessary to rent
a canopy for use during scheduled, events; and
WHEREAS, arrangements have been made for canopy rental
from an awning company at a price of $4,000 for approximately
twenty (20) dates of use;
NOW,. THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MI11MI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 8316, the Appropriations
for the 1974-75 Budget,is hereby amended by appropriat-
