WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated becentber 24,
1974 between the City of Miatni aid A. J. HOUSE & SONS, INC; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and A. J. HOUSE & SONS, INC. has furnished the required docu-
ments certifying that all bills for labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by A. J.
HOUSE & SONS, INC. for EXHIBIT "B" SIEGENDORF BICYCLE PATH b
and is hereby, accepted at a total cost of $38,083.25.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay A. J.
HOUSE & SONS, INC. a balance of $3,808.33 as full and final pay-
ment for all work performed and all materials furnished in
connection with the EXHIBIT "B" SIEGENDORF BICYCLE PATH.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this12 day of JUTE

PATH Resolution Authorizing
Final Payment

A. J. House & Sons, Inc. ha., completed the
construction of a Bicycle Path from Main
Highway at Franklin Avenu.: ;;o the Rickenbacker
Causeway. This is a recreational path that meets
the City of Miami and Dade County Master Plan for
Bicycle Paths.
2t is now in order for the Commission to accept the
completed work and authorize final payment, after
a.1.1 conditions are met. The construction was
completed for $38,083.25, which was within the
contract amount, and it was completed on time.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE
ADOPTION OF THE ATTACHED RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE
COM `•r;TED WORK AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF
$3,808.33 TO A. J. HOUSE & SONS, INC. FOR EXHIBIT
"B" SIEGENDORF BICYCLE PATH.
